Grant Bear

New Homes Specialist
With 12 years in the building industry, Grant Bear has built his career around one thing: helping people turn their dream home into reality. He started out as a sales consultant, spending two years working directly with clients to shape their vision into a plan, before moving into sales and general management roles across some of WA's biggest building brands over the following decade. Now leading the Simonds WA team, Grant is excited to bring a different approach to the local market, a high‑quality product with premium inclusions, delivered with a build time that bucks the trend of long admin delays and drawn‑out builds too often seen in WA. Ready to start your own home journey? Get in touch . Grant and the team will be with you every step of the way.
