The bedrooms and a formal lounge are located at the front half of the home. You then enter the kitchen, living and dining spaces which flow via internal stacked doors to an alfresco. The kitchen is large, with a walk-in pantry and the surrounding glazing keeps it light and bright. The Minerva is an absolutely beautiful home.
