Discover the home of your dreams while supporting sick and vulnerable kids at the Flinders Medical Centre.

A family home brimming with character, heart and soul

At Simonds, we’ve partnered with Flinders Foundation on a project close to both of our hearts. Over the past couple of months, our SA team have been hard at work building our latest charity home in the inner-city suburb of Lightsview in Adelaide.

It’s now less than a month before the luxe Armidale 34 (previously the Hann 35) goes under the hammer, with the proceeds from the August 27 auction going towards a range of programs and wards at the Flinders Medical Centre.

Come auction, bidders will be provided with a unique opportunity; it’s not every day that you get to move into the home of your dreams knowing you’ve supported thousands of sick and vulnerable kids who turn to the Flinders Medical Centre each year for treatment and support.

Fully-landscaped, styled by BoConcept and to be auctioned off by TOOP+TOOP, the Armidale 34 (previously the Hann 35) gives quality finishes infused with timeless style. Let’s take a sneak peek at how it’s all come together.

Taking a closer look at the double-storey Armidale 34

With plenty of room to relax, work and entertain, the 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom Armidale 34 (previously the Hann 35) is one of our best-selling floor plans, making it the perfect choice for families looking to call Adelaide’s northern suburbs home.

We’ve pulled out all of the stops with this thoughtfully designed double-storey. From the kerb, it gives contemporary street appeal with a COLORBOND® steel roof in Monument®, Scyon Axon cladding from James Hardie and feature brick piers from PGH Bricks and Pavers.

Inside, the heart of the home brings effortless indoor-outdoor living with a kitchen and dining that open out to a spacious, covered alfresco with timber decking. “The state-of-the-art kitchen will impress the chef of the family, fitted with quality stainless steel appliances, a stone waterfall island benchtop and expansive butler’s pantry,” says Bronte Manuel, Owner/Director of Sales, TOOP+TOOP.

Most of all, this impressive layout grants its owners greater freedom and flexibility during their day-to-day life. Multiple living areas and a downstairs guest suite with built-in robes and an ensuite provides plenty of privacy for young adults or elderly family members. While still leaving a dreamy master retreat with a private balcony, back-to-wall freestanding bath and Calacatta Nuvo stone benchtops from Caesarstone for the adults upstairs.
