Vallence Simonds brings a broad and practical understanding of the home-building industry, having gained experience across many areas of Simonds Homes, including site supervision, human resources, estimating, finance, operations and sales.

Working across these different parts of the business has given Vallence a strong understanding of the entire building journey, from the early planning and costing stages through to construction, customer service and the delivery of a completed home. This experience allows him to provide clients with informed, transparent and practical guidance throughout the process.

Vallence holds a double degree in Business and Financial Risk Management, providing him with a strong foundation in commercial decision-making, financial analysis and business strategy.

As a member of the Simonds family, Vallence is deeply passionate about the company, its history and the values it has represented since being founded by his Grandfather in 1949. He is proud to continue the family legacy and is committed to delivering the high level of service, trust and care that has helped Simonds Homes support Australian families for generations.
