In February 2005, Simonds became a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) – Simonds House of Learning, ensuring that quality program design and delivery underpins all employee learning and development activities.

With our new training centre located in South Melbourne and a state of the art eLearning environment, our employees have the opportunity to undergo industry short courses and national recognised qualifications. House of Learning offers nationally recognised training in the areas of leadership, management, customer service and training.
