Our inspirational Gallery allows you to browse our range of products, finishes and colours; we have everything you will need to personalize your home, all under the one roof.
Simonds' qualified and experienced Interior Designers and Home Technology Consultants will help you through the selection process helping make your new house become your dream home.
Don't forget to bring your ideas; including any samples, paint colours, laminates, fabrics or images of styles and pictures you like to your selection appointment - this will help our Design Consultants capture your desired look.
We have a tour every Saturday at 10am, please call us on 03 8616 7777 to book this in. A casual Saturday walk through is the best place to start your journey with the gallery and helps you become familiar with our builders range and other products you can choose for your new home.
Once you have reached the appropriate stage in your Simonds Journey we will contact you directly to schedule your selection appointments.
When building your home with us, you are entitled to a full day in our selection centre to spend with your interior designer and electrical consultant. We strongly recommend you take advantage of this professional and helpful service.
Your designer will guide you through all the colour selections for your home which will take approximately three hours;

You will also spend approximately 2 hours in your electrical appointment, discussing lighting concepts and locations for your power points, TV and Telephone points and any other electrical options such as heating/cooling, alarms, ducted vacuum and Home Theatre.
Once your colour selections are completed your tile consultant will be able to assist you with completing the vision of your new home, so your tile appointment will be held at a later date. This also ensures you have the opportunity to select from the most up to date tile range.
